MK-ULTRA aka Mind Control

Black History month has always left me at the cross roads. It is good because it brings to light our rich and disturbing past. The downside is that it has become numbing of any true ideas. Unfortunately people are being controlled and not realizing it.
The political divide and the ignorance that ensues is sickening. Why Democrat or Republican? Both have hands that are bloody. Drugs, crime and war all intertwine.
Rather AIDS, crack, poor education, war and premature death they all are interwoven in the very Deoxyribonucleic acid of their soul.

Conception

In 1953 the CIA created a mind-control research program, run by the Office of Scientific Intelligence, that began in the early 1950s and continued at least through the late 1960s named Mk-Ultra later known as MKSEARCH.
MKULTRA was started on the order of CIA director Allen Dulles on April 13, 1953 whom appointed Dr. Sidney Gottlieb (Dr. Strangelove)as the director.(1)
Earlier projects included Project CHATTER (established 1947), Project BLUEBIRD and Project ARTICHOKE (both established 1951).(2)

The following is the purpose for such treatment(3):

a. Substances which will promote illogical thinking and impulsiveness to the point where the recipient would be discredited in public.
b. Substances which increase the efficiency of mentation and perception.
c. Materials which will prevent or counteract the intoxicating effect of alcohol.
d. Materials which will promote the intoxicating effect of alcohol.
e. Materials which will produce the signs and symptoms of recognized diseases in a reversible way so that they may be used for malingering, etc.
f. Materials which will render the induction of hypnosis easier or otherwise enhance its usefulness.
g. Substances which will enhance the ability of individuals to withstand privation, torture and coercion during interrogation and so-called "brain-washing".
h. Materials and physical methods which will produce amnesia for events preceding and during their use.
i. Physical methods of producing shock and confusion over extended periods of time and capable of surreptitious use.
j. Substances which produce physical disablement such as paralysis of the legs, acute anemia, etc.
k. Substances which will produce "pure" euphoria with no subsequent let-down.
m. Substances which alter personality structure in such a way that the tendency of the recipient to become dependent upon another person is enhanced.
n. A material which will cause mental confusion of such a type that the individual under its influence will find it difficult to maintain a fabrication under questioning.
o. Substances which will lower the ambition and general working efficiency of men when administered in undetectable amounts.
p. Substances which promote weakness or distortion of the eyesight or hearing faculties, preferably without permanent effects.
q. A knockout pill which can surreptitiously be administered in drinks, food, cigarettes, as an aerosol, etc., which will be safe to use, provide a maximum of amnesia, and be suitable for use by agent types on an ad hoc basis.
r. A material which can be surreptitiously administered by the above routes and which in very small amounts will make it impossible for a man to perform any physical activity whatsoever.

Side note: Frank Olson, a United States Army biochemist and biological weapons researcher, was given LSD without his knowledge or consent in 1953 as part of a CIA experiment, and mysteriously committed suicide a week later following a severe psychotic episode. A CIA doctor assigned to monitor Olson's recovery claimed to be asleep in another bed in a New York City hotel room when Olson jumped through the window to fall ten stories to his death.

Olson's son disputes this version of events, and maintains that his father was murdered due to his knowledge of the often-lethal interrogation techniques employed by the CIA in Europe, used on Cold War prisoners. Frank Olson's body was exhumed in 1994, and cranial injuries indicated Olson had been knocked unconscious before exiting the window.(4)

Project CHATTER (1947)
The project was geared to identifying agents both synthetic and natural that were effective during interrogation.(5)

Project BLUEBIRD (1951)
The experiments included but not limited to the creating new identities, inducing amnesia, inserting hypnotic access codes in subjects' minds, creating multiple personalities, and creating false memories. The research also included placing brain electrodes in people and controlling their behavior from remote transmitters, administering dosages of LSD-25 to children aged five , and using electro convulsive therapy to erase memories.(6)

Project ARTICHOKE
The project studied hypnosis, forced morphine addiction (and subsequent forced withdrawal), and the use of other chemicals, among other methods, to produce amnesia and other vulnerable states in subjects. (7)

Right now you are probably saying that this does not pertain to the modern era. And I say wake up Lazarus wake up.

AIDs came from no where... It just materialized out of the blue and conveniently under the Regan watch whom sold weapons to Iran, a enemy of , and illegally used the proceeds to continue funding anti-Sandinista rebels, the Contras, in Nicaragua. The later hands had their hands in the cocaine trade.
Also under the Regan administration mental institutions were being shut down along with the unemployment rising.

Crack cocaine is a highly addictive and powerful stimulant that is derived from powdered cocaine.
Crack emerged as a drug of abuse in the mid-1980s. It is abused because it produces an immediate high and because it is easy and inexpensive to produce--rendering it readily available and affordable. Not to mention the "first black president" has his hands dipped in the blood drenched crack epidemic. Oh and good ol' Bill gave us the "three-strikes-and-you're-out".... Good looking out.
Our research shows that blacks comprise 62.7 percent and whites 36.7 percent of all drug offenders admitted to state prison, even though federal surveys and other data detailed in this report show clearly that this racial disparity bears scant relation to racial differences in drug offending. There are, for example, five times more white drug users than black. Relative to population, black men are admitted to state prison on drug charges at a rate that is 13.4 times greater than that of white men. In large part because of the extraordinary racial disparities in incarceration for drug offenses, blacks are incarcerated for all offenses at 8.2 times the rate of whites. One in every 20 black men over the age of 18 in the United States is in state or federal prison, compared to one in 180 white men. (8) Now the country is trying to justify privatized jails. Private companies owning human cargo.... Sound familiar.
No jobs cheap drugs and an increase in the homeless population that were byproducts of mental institutions. Were did they flock to?
Look at the world today and evaluate the status of the black community and take note of the psychological confusion. There are some deep roots that connect to the bowels of hell.

The Republican party was founded in 1854 by anti-slavery expansion activists and modernizers.

The Democrats, through their criticism of Reconstruction, allied themselves with the neo-Confederate Southern white majority. After the War the Democratic Party made the candid judgment that white supremacy offered the best prospects for mobilizing the electorate. In the Deep South, Democratic victory required the neutralization the black electorate.

Originally both were known as the Democratic-Republican Party, founded by Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, and other influential opponents of the Federalists in 1792.
Of which slavery was allowed.

Under both parties in recent times people are still being exploited jails are becoming privatize while drugs are still flooding the streets of the poor and jobs are fleeing out the back door. In other words they are their parents kids. Offspring of slave owners and pedophiles.

Instead of proclaiming or claiming a specific party you need to stand on your own two feet.

Stop being the house Negro on the plantation and read, has any of them really advance the needs of the people.....
