State Of The UNion

Last night Bush decided to point to the fact that Black and Hispanic children test scores is the highest in recent years do to the No Child Left Behind. This confirms that he is not clean and sober.
Department of Education data found that nationwide Black students were 2.9 times more likely than Whites to be identified as having mental retardation. They were 1.9 times more likely to be identified with an emotional disturbance and 1.3 times more likely to be identified with a specific learning disability.
Once you are under Title VI rule then test scores does not matter. The student gets a special Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) which means test scores does not matter.. They are given a free ride (moved forward) until the eleventh grade. After the eleventh they must take the Exit exam which by this time they are far behind. Although in TN if a child is under the special education umbrella they have a life line til the age of 21. Most severe the umbilical chord early.
The other day I was in a school and it was like a Timothy Leary nightmare. The school was never fitted for the 21st century and the curse words just echoed in the hallway... Suck my___!!! Yo momma is a ______!!!! He Nigga/er f_____ yo motha!!! and so on. Oh and this was middle school (5-8)... My class was no different, there is no campus security I could not throw the kids out. God knows what they may do. What got me is that I ran across kids that did not know what the Emancipation Proclamation is. They were on the Revolutionary War and could not tell me who Crispus Attucks was... Oh this is a eighth grade class. The teachers (most) were on the cusp of PTS disorder no life or hope in their eyes. Lunch time was even nuttier, there is no campus security just a cop collecting a check that is never around. Lunch plays out as such the teachers drop the kids off in this war torn eating facility and bolts leaving the janitor alone with forty plus rhythmic bursting (FRB) neurons... While another batch are lined up against the wall waiting to be picked up and before you know it a fight breaks out and I become the bad guy.... There is one kid that I remember from a another school and the odd thing is that he was a grade lower at the other school. This kid is 14/15 in the seventh grade at one school and this school moved him up to the eigth... The scary thing is my nephew in the first grade could beat him in a debate.. Good kid just rolled snake eyes on parents. I did have two classes that were normal and talked about kid things but I did have on kid tell me he aspires to be a strip club owner.. Then another child proceeded to tell about the strip clubs here in town and what they advertise... Eighth grad..... There were some shining stars, about 12 out of the 80 I had...

Mystics Take on Phillipians 2:1-11

The Passage
Philippians 2:1-11 (New International Version)
Vs 2:1 -4
In doubt do not distress or become conceited, remember that we (they) share a common bound in one faith. Contains He uses a twofold appeal to unity and humility. From this faith we (they) can find common ground amongst the congregation.
Vs 2:5-8
A member of the congregation should reflect that of Yeshua, who prayed the ultimate sacrifice for his faith, the very same faith that does not allow a person to have an air of arrogance or the belief that anyone in a particular congregation is better than another. Through serving every sentient being through faith could a person overcome the fear of death.
Vs. 2:9-11
Because of selfless sacrifice he was able to overcome through death and through this every member is able to exalt this deed along with everyone that has converted on bended knee.

Introduction
I am not a Christian and my attempt is not to debunk anyone’s faith. My interpretation may reflect a different outlook upon the interpretation of Phillipians 2:1-11.
The Christian church of Phillipi a Roman Colony on the EgnatianWay was established from the letters that Paul wrote a person could tell that his relationship had been warm and cordial church at Philippi had been warm and cordial. Although he had been imprisoned on his first visit there (Acts 16:11-40.)
Paul wrote the letters for different reason one being to show gratitude for their support while he was imprison. The other reason that he wrote the letters is to dispel any animosities that have a arisen in the church which in turn gave seed to a caste system. Verse 2:3 a hint could be felt when in the letter Paul stress “do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but humility consider others better than yourselves.”
From this verse alone a person could detect concern about the moral fabric of the church.
Overall the meaning of the Pauline letter is the act humility to follow Yeshua’s examples in humility.


Context
The city of Philippi was formally established in 356 B.C. by Philip II of Macedon
. Philippi was established as a Roman colony after a famous battle was fought there which involved Mark Antony, Octavian, Brutus and Cassius. Philippi was governed by Roman law with its citizens having all the rights of property ownership and the right to civil lawsuits.
Everything about Philippi was modeled after its mother city, Rome.
The church at Philippi was established by the Apostle Paul on his second missionary
between A.D. 50. The story of the church’s origin is found in Acts
16. The first convert was a woman named Lydia “whose heart the Lord opened” (Acts 16:14). One of the more dramatic moments is when the Philippian jailer and his household were converted after Paul and Silas were thrown into jail after being beaten publicly. Acts 16:30 describes God miraculously opening the jail doors
and releasing the prisoners’ shackles, the jailer distraught was ready to take his own life. The jailer then asked, “What must I do to be saved?”
. To which Paul famously replied, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt
be saved and thy house” (Acts 16:31).
Interestingly, Paul wrote his letter to the Philippians from a different incarcerated
situation. There are three basic theories concerning where Paul was imprisoned at this time: Rome, Ephesus, or Caesarea. The traditional view regards Rome as the location from which Paul wrote to Philippi and this author believes the internal evidence is too strong to overturn this.

Content
The scripture is found in the Letter of Paul to the church in Philippi. Paul is so committed to values beyond himself that he can actually rejoice in his own dire circumstances because they have advanced the opportunity for the proclamation of Christ (1:1 2-14). It is significant to note that while Paul customarily establishes his authority as an apostle in writing to the churches (as in the first verses of Romans, 1 Corinthians, Galatians, Ephesians, and Colossians), in this Epistle he simply calls himself (along with his coworker, Timothy) "servant."
The theme of the letter is to encourage the church of Philippi in persistence (Phil 1:27-28a). In order to support this theme, Paul appeals to the examples of Yeshua humblimng himself to become crucified. Paul attempts to point out that Jesus’ examples of humility and self-sacrifice are fundamental to spiritual growth (Phil 2:1-18). Paul provides his own testimony of perseverance as a warning against being sidetracked and as encouragement for the church (Phil 3). Comments urging the Philippians to resolve divisions, to rejoice in all things and to think as well as do the things of God follow Paul’s testimony (Phil 4:1-9). Paul’s closing comments are a word of thanks for the financial support the church has provided him (Phil 4:10-20).
Philippians 2:1-11 differs from the rest of the letter in its poetic characteristics
Philippians 2:5-11 often refer to as the incarnation of Yeshua for Christians is often described in terms of the "kenosis" (usually translated "to empty")--a term that comes from the Greek word kenovw [KENOW] in Philippians 2:5-11.

Context

Phillipians interpretation as with every passage in the bible needs careful examination in order to develop a reasonable interpretation.
Paul is writing the letter to the Philippians congregation to give urgent advice to the about humility and instructing the followers of Christianity to follow Yeshua’s example in humility.
Exposition of Philippians 2:1-11
2:1
The verses consist of four clauses
each beginning with if you and if any
Each of these four clauses refer to the shared experience of the Philippians and Paul are introduced to promote unity among these Christians. The four “if” clauses, should not be interpreted as a mere possibility by Christian standards, but as an assumption of the truth. All four of the clauses found in verse one introduce the command found in verse two.
2:2
In verse two Paul’s conditional statement is given. It is a command based upon the assumed common experiences of verse one. The command is to emphasize unity by synonymous expressions. The way in which the
Philippians can give Paul’s joy is by having “the same mind,” “the same love,” being “one-souled,” and by being. The command is for unity.
2:3
In verse three Paul introduces an appeal to humility as the pathway to unity.
Paul urges the
Philippians to do “nothing according to selfishness nor according to conceit”
Instead they are to “in humility consider each other surpassing yourselves.” When everyone in the church values everyone else’s needs and desires above his or her own needs and desires, the end result is unity.
2:4
In verse four Paul clarifies what he means by his command to “look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others.” This verse contains no new command, merely a clarifying of the command of verse three.
2:5
In verse five Paul offers an illustration of the kind of humility to which he is exhorting
the Philippians by pointing them to the condescension of Yeshua. In the following verses Paul either composes or utilizes an already existent hymn to detail the humiliation of Christ.
2:6
In verse six Paul describes how Yeshua did not regard his position as a highly prized possession. This verse is used to indicate that he did not regard his equality with God.


2:7
In verse seven Paul describes the first of two actions of Yeshua in His humiliation. The first action is explained by the verb kenoo “made himself nothing.” The kenoo generally means “to empty.” Some scholars have argued that this term means that he gave up His divine nature.
The text goes on to explain that He was taking the position of being a servant therefore, “emptying” of Himself or His acceptance to martyrdom.
2:8
In verse eight Paul describes the second of two successive acts of Yeshua in His
humiliation. Here we see His final step downward. He “humbled himself”
to “death. But not just any death, the “death of a cross”.
2:9
In verse nine Paul describes the last step in Yeshua’s journey from glory to glory, His exaltation by the Almighty. The verse begins with “therefore” which ties together
verses 9-11 with verses 5-8. This simply means that Yeshua’s voluntary humiliation described in verses 6-8 is the basis for His high exaltation in verses 9-11. The word translated “exalted”
u`peru,ywsen means to “raise someone to the loftiest height”. The Great Architect
has given Yeshua to. o;noma to. u`pe.r pa/n o;noma “the name above every name.”

2:10
The Phillipians passage is not consider an echo of the Old Testament but a claim for Christians that Yeshua has return to a majestic divinity by stating
“every knee will bow”
2:11
In verse eleven Paul continues to explain the purpose of God in giving Christ “the
name above every name” (v. 9). Not only will “every knee bow,” but as noted above, “every
tongue will confess” “that Jesus Christ is Lord” o[ti ku,rioj VIhsou/j
Cristo.j. The verb evxomologh,shtai has the idea here of “frank, open confession” (Vincent,
Philippians 2:11).
It is an open acknowledgement for Christians by stating “Every tongue will one day confess openly that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father”.

Summary and Application
The application of this passage is obvious in my opinion. Since
Philippians 2:1-11 is part of a larger hortatory section in which Paul is urging the Philippian believers towards unity by emulating t Yeshua’s humility. Paul’s desire is the same as any mystic: to see his followers walk in unity. The means to that unity is a humility that regards sentient beings as more valuable than ones self. Christian are urged to follow the example of Yeshua and in their (Christian) viewpoint held a valuable position in which he relinquished in order to become a martyr.
on the cross to purchase their salvation.
Regardless of an individuals stance on Yeshua’s position in the theological hemisphere no one cannot deny it took someone special to willingly embrace death in the most horrific manner.
Few would follow this direction therefore, I believe people can attain a divine connection with their belief through faith regardless what that maybe.

MLK Day

Again we celebrate this Prophet of the Elohim most high in a masturbatory fashion. Why is it school is out and people march to relive the glory days?

Why is it that they march when the percentage of all fifth-grade white children in 2004 who were enrolled in some type of special education class: 12.5%
compared to all of the fifth-grade black children in 2004 who were enrolled in some type of special education class: 11.9%(U.S. Department of Education). What makes this disturbing is that People of descent from the African holocaust makes up 13% of the population.
Black students were 2.9 times more likely than Whites to be identified as having mental retardation. They were 1.9 times more likely to be identified with an emotional disturbance and 1.3 times more likely to be identified with a specific learning disability.(Department of Education)
Why are they Marching when their children are being discarded in the wasteland of special education were the curriculum is water down.
Why is it they March and fail to support a positive movie The Great Debaters. When I saw it 90% of the audience was white. There were black folks there but it was to see the latest comedy.
Why is it they choose to march, sing those old negro spirituals and laugh while their future (kids) is fading.
Why is it they want to support wayward children when it benefits their perverted cause. When Sarah Kreager was beaten within an inch of her life by children of African heritage no one came in and chastise them(the children). Instead everyone remain silent. The parents blamed Sarah and tried to spin it into a Jena Six case.
Why is it they March and recite the poetic and moving speach I Have a Dream when they themselves refuse to get of the Ambien and realize the dream is dying..

Martin died for us to move foward..... Denise McNair, Cynthia Wesley, Carole Robertson, and Addie Mae Collins, aged 11 to 14—were killed when a bomb exploded at their church Sept. 15, 1963. Their blood help weave the flag of civil rights which the people of today decide to burn....
In conclusion:
It is obvious today that America has defaulted on this promissory note insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, America has given the Negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked "insufficient funds." But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. So we have come to cash this check — a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice. We have also come to this hallowed spot to remind America of the fierce urgency of now. This is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. Now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. ANGER



The man above (Matthew Higa, 23) threw a child onto the freeway in Honolulu Hawaii from a pedestrian overpass on Thursday. The details of this crime is crazy and shortly after his arrest he told local KITV "thanks for everything".
Matthew has traffic warrants and an arrest warrant for fourth-degree theft and believe to be a possible driver in a three-car race that led to a fatal crash in August 2004.
Besides that nothing which could point to his monstrous behavior. I am not excusing it and you know I am not for the death penalty.. Just torture that mirrors Hellraiser. The bleeding hearts out their that believe he needs some counseling well imagine if that child was yours. Matthew lost his membership to the human species when he did this. This why I could not be a cop because Matt would have been sodomize with a stun gun and water.
I pray there is punishment in the afterlife because he deserves to burn.

My Strange Life Through My Resume

As I transverse through this celestial highway called life. I came to the interesting conclusion when looking at my resume that I took the scenic route to self discovery. Unfortunately it has hinder my marketability because folks think I will up and leave if I am dissatisfied.
Oddly I am not frustrated because life is funny like that. Adversities is the spice of life. If life seems impossible just right down your accomplishments and you will see that you have accomplished a lot. I am still amazed at what I have accomplished considering my upbringing.

Kwanzaa

Kwanzaa is a week-long festival celebrated African-American heritage.It is observed from December 26 to January 1 each year. I am not a supporter for it because it seems like reaching for something. On the flip side it could counter the disease that has infected the community.
The holiday was created by activist Karenga in response to the lack of a holiday that centers on the African American community.
The motivation for this post is the ignorant people that have been writing negative comments about this holiday.
When I ran across words that state this is a racist holiday then I question what is the 4th of July. It did not include blacks and everyone wants to be a stereotypical drunk Irish one day out of the year with no complaints.
There are Christians that claim it goes against their values and it is blasphemy. Also some state that it is not a true African holiday. In response to this I suggest Christians look at the pictures on my page and think real hard. Oh and look up the religion about Mithra. About it not being a true African holiday.... Who declares a holiday legit? Certain family members birthdays I consider a holiday and I wonder if anyone will tell me I am wrong for celebrating them as such.
There is so much insanity in the community that if this help off set any of it I am glad.
If you look into a crack house you will find people looking for an escape and some are twitching and talking in tongues. No different from a traditional church just look at the folks that give their life savings to the man in the pulpit.
For those that celebrate this fine so be it and those that are against it in one of those ignorant ways that I mention get a life.
AS noted earlier I do not celebrate Kwanzaa because it does not speak to me but I respect those that do.

Wrestling

I like professional wrestling but it is a love hate sort of thing. I have recently discovered TNA wrestling and not much has changed. People of color are not put in championship gold but what really tics me off is how they are treating the new phenom of this style of entertainment is appalling. Kia Stevens aka Awesome Kong has been put in the role of primal creature and the nemesis of the celestial pearl Gail Kim. Kia is 5'10" 274 dark and Kim is 5'4" 124 needless to say we can see the angle of this story.
For me I dig Kia because I very seldom feel sad for a person. Kia to me is what is wrong with our folks in that we are quick to compromise ourselves for a dollar. I admit that it is hard for someone of her (Kia) stature to manoeuvre through the traditional avenue of employment due to the standards place on a persons appearance. I also respect Kim because she is not afraid to chip a nail and the fact she started out wrestling in a mask prove she did not initially start off in the business through "t&a". Back to Ms.Stevens I would like to here her speak and have her angle changed but that will never happen.
I will continue to watch this form of entertainment because it does give you a peak into the American psyche and besides I may see another Rock(I know of his racial background) or Tony Atlas whom gave me a little hope.

Big '08

Wow... I made it... 12 years off the endanger list according to Bureau of Justice Statistics which states:
" Black males 18-24 years old had the highest homicide victimization rates. Their rates were more than double the rates for black males age 25 and older and almost 4 times the rates for black males 14-17 years old."

What is my resolution this year, hmmm.. Ah yes the same as it has been since I came out of the cave and began to walk erect. Get what belongs to me, family is alright and keep admiring how sexy my Earth (not the planet you ill inform types) is....

Right now I have a block on the highway of information and will detour for now.
