The Wall Street Journal reported on January 29, 1997 [36] on activities at the Mena, Arkansas airport allegedly involved then-governor Bill Clinton in a coverup of illegal drug-trading activity. The Wall Street Journal article goes on to state:

At the center of the web of speculation spun around Mena are a few undisputed facts: One of the most successful drug informants in U.S. history, smuggler Barry Seal, based his air operation at Mena. At the height of his career he was importing as much as 1,000 pounds of cocaine per month, and had a personal fortune estimated at more than $50 million. After becoming an informant for the Drug Enforcement Administration, he worked at least once with the CIA, in a Sandinista drug sting. He was gunned down by Colombian hit men in Baton Rouge, La., in 1986; eight months later, one of his planes—with an Arkansas pilot at the wheel and Eugene Hasenfus in the cargo bay—was shot down over Nicaragua with a load of Contra supplies.

A number of conspiracy theorists have suggested that AIDS is actually a man-made disease. These theories often state that the disease was meant to deliberately wipe out a certain segment of the population in an act of genocide.
In his report WHO MURDERED AFRICA, Dr. William Campbell Douglass, M.D., wrote that HIV was genetically engineered in 1974. He tells us that the AIDS virus by the World Health Organization, was not just a scientific exercise that got out of hand. It was a successful attempt to create a killer virus which was then used in a successful experiment in Africa. How was HIV introduced exclusively into the gay community in the late 1970s? The exclusive introduction of HIV into the homosexual population of New York City is an unprecedented event in the history of medicine. This event has never been fully explained scientifically. There is certainly no evidence to indicate white gay men were the only people exposed to sexual contact with Africans, particularly at a time when the epidemic did not exist in Africa. Whether the conspiracy theories are true, it is certain is that the military-industrial complex has an interest in the development of biological weapons that can target genetically similar groups of people. From the September 2000 white paper Rebuilding America's Defenses, published by the Project for the New American Century, comes the statement: "[...]advanced forms of biological warfare that can "target" specific genotypes may transform biological warfare from the realm of terror to a politically useful tool."

Recently the remains of a well preserved baby woolly mamouth has been found.The frozen carcass is being sent to Japan for further study and scientists are trying to get enough DNA from the animal to allow them to clone a mammoth, it said.

Korean and US scientists claim human cloning breakthrough - Woo Suk Hwany of Seoul National University in Korea announced in February 2004 that he had successfully cloned healthy human embryo. Just a couple of weeks earlier, Dr Panos Zavos made another of his frequent cloning announcements about attempts he and others are making to produce healthy cloned babies. The Korean and US teams are using human cloning technology to try to create stem cell lines which can be used to study disease. Ultimately no one can truly say rather a human has been created or not but if a person watches the movie Boys of Brazil one may second guess. Currently the military takes dna samples of everyone that enlist. In the this nutty world were epidemics fall out of the sky is a human clone possible yes and is one hanging around possibly. Richard G. Seed claim in '98 that he had a team of scientist on standby in Japan were he was able to raise 15 million dollars. I have tried to find out more about him in the past years but coincidently I cannot say. The math is that you have a guy willing to clone a human and he moves to a place that is working to create an artificial womb. Nuff said
